Once you receive your item, you have a full 60 days to try it out. Feel free to open and use it—we want you to experience it fully before deciding whether to keep it.
If you’re not satisfied or the item has any issues during your trial, please contact us first to start the return process:

We will respond to your request within 24–48 hours on business days.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and return instructions.
⚠️ Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Returns may need to be shipped back to China. Unapproved returns or returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Some items cannot be returned, including sale items, gift cards, custom/personalized products, personal care items, and hazardous materials. If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please check with us first.
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect your return and will be sent back to your original payment method, usually within 10 business days. Banks may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days pass without a refund, please contact us at contact@shoe-sterilizer.com.
